COVID-19 Safety Rules & Regulations

As of 3/18/2022, neither COVID-19 testing or proof of vaccination will be required to enter the festival. Multiple hand sanitizing stations will be incorporated throughout the venue.


When and where will Central Florida Soul Fest take place?

Can I still buy tickets?

Yes, while supplies last! Tickets are available by visiting and/or Suit City of Orlando at 7840 W Colonial Dr., Orlando, FL 32818.

Tickets will also be available on-site at the Central Florida Fairgrounds starting at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 26th 2022 (including will call tickets).

I’d also like to attend the Welcome Party on Friday, March 25th at Dove Cote Courtyard. Where can I purchase tickets?

I purchased my ticket(s) for the 2020 Central Florida Soul Fest, which was rescheduled due to COVID-19. Can these tickets be used for the 2022 event?

Yes! Any tickets purchased for Central Florida Soul Fest 2020 will remain valid to use towards the 2022 show. However, these tickets will not be valid for any Central Florida Soul Fest event thereafter (2023, 2024, 2025, etc.).


What is the seating arrangement?

  • VIP sections (Platinum, Gold) have reserved table seating.
  • Preferred sections (Silver) have reserved chair seating.
  • The General Admission area has limited seating that is not reserved. We encourage you to bring your own folding lawn or beach chair.

Are backstage passes or artist meet-and-greet tickets available for purchase?

No, not at this time. However, we encourage you to purchase VIP tickets to be up close and personal with your favorite artists!


Are children required to have a ticket?

Yes, children age 2 or older are required to have their own ticket.

Should I bring my children to the show?

This decision is left to the discretion of each parent. However, the show caters to a mature audience.

Are tickets refundable?

No. Tickets are non-refundable.


What happens if it rains?

This is a “rain, or shine” show. The event will be continued even if it rains. Follow us on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) or download the Central Florida Soul Fest app for live weather updates and announcements.

How much is parking?

Parking rates will range from $20 to $40, depending on where you park.

What if I use a ride-share service (Uber, Lyft, etc.)? Where should I be dropped off?

Which items are permitted to enter the fairgrounds?

  • Any bag made of clear plastic, clear vinyl or clear PVC (max size 14” X 11” X 5”)
  • Small purse, clutch bag or cross body bag (max size 14” X 11” X 5”)
  • Fanny Packs
  • Folding Beach/Lawn Chairs
  • Blankets
  • Travel Umbrellas (10-12 inches)
  • Rain Ponchos
  • Liquid sunscreen, in non-aerosol containers 3ox or less
  • Bug spray in non-¬aerosol containers of 3oz or less
  • Portable Phone Chargers
  • Medicine – Please note that prescription and OTC medications are subject to specific guidelines**

**Guidelines for prescription and OTC medications: Prescription medications are allowed only in the original prescription bottle, any persons attempting to bring in prescription medication must have government¬ issued photo identification card that matches the name printed on the prescription, and the pills in the bottle must match the description printed on the prescription. You will only be allowed to carry the dosage of prescription medication required for the duration of each individual Event date. Over-¬the-¬counter medications are allowed in provided that they are new and in the original, factory¬-sealed container.


Which items are not allowed to enter the fairgrounds (all bags will be subject to a search)?

  • Outside food, beverages (alcohol included) or coolers – A variety of food and beverages will be on sale at the event
  • Tents / Canopies
  • Grills
  • Large Umbrellas (23 inches or more)
  • Weapons
  • Illegal Substances
  • Hookahs of any kind
  • Kegs and mini kegs
  • Glass of any kind
  • Fireworks
  • Drones
  • Signs (larger than 8.5×11″)

  • Backpacks
  • Bicycles, skateboards, scooters

Are pets allowed?

Only service animals are allowed.

Will there be ATMs available on-site?



Is there re-entry to the event?
